Bramham Parish Council – Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group

November 30th, 2017

1. Present: Paul Marshall, Val Whitbread, Neil Ferres, Keith Langley, Dean Burdall.

2. Apologies: David Gluck, Linda Richards, Lance Porter,, John Tritschler, John Whitbread.

3. The minutes of the last meeting were accepted as accurate.

4. Timeline

PM advised that the previously agreed timeline had been extended after advice from LCC. They need an extra 2 weeks consultation due to Christmas being within the period – so 8 weeks.

Key dates are now:

By 18th December 2017 – issue the survey with covering letter and pre-paid reply envelope to all households (by hand – ourselves / volunteers).

12th February 2018 – end of consultation period – all surveys to be returned by then.

AP – Val to add (on the survey) details of how/when to return completed surveys, then send to the Designer with covering letter.

AP – Keith to order pre-paid envelopes.

The Plan itself:

During the meeting a link to the plan was received from the Designer, and we were advised that he needs comments by close Monday 4th December.

AP – All comments to be sent to Paul, by 4th December to co-ordinate and send to the Designer – NB: it was noted that at this stage comments should only be correcting of errors – no new changes.

5. The next meeting was provisionally arranged for Thursday 22 February. Venue to be confirmed.
